GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This contractual document governs the purchase of products and services through the website https://jellypills.com/, owned by ROPACO DISTRIBUTORS SL, hereinafter the PROVIDER.
Acceptance of this document means that the USER:
- Has read, understands and comprehends what is set out here.
- Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Assumes all the obligations set out here.
These conditions shall be valid indefinitely and shall apply to all purchases made through the PROVIDER's website.
The PROVIDER states that the business is responsible for and aware of the legislation in force in the countries to which it ships products, and reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions purchased before the modification.
IDENTITY OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
On the one hand, the provider of the goods or services purchased by the USER is ROPACO DISTRIBUTORS SL, with registered office at C/ RIU BRUGENT, 2D – 43850 CAMBRILS (Tarragona), Spain, Tax ID (CIF) B01898451. Contact by email at hello@jellypills.com or by phone on +34 699 140 762.
And on the other, the USER, who may place an order as a guest or register on the website with a username and password. In the latter case, the USER is fully responsible for their use and safekeeping. In both cases, the USER is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the PROVIDER.
PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual sales relationship arising between the PROVIDER and the USER at the moment the USER ticks the corresponding box during the online purchase process.
The contractual sales relationship involves the delivery of a specific product or service in exchange for a set price publicly displayed on the website.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The USER may place their order as a guest or create a user account on the website. In both cases, they must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data requested, which will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.
If the USER chooses to create an account, they may select a username and password, undertaking to use them diligently and not make them available to third parties, and to inform the PROVIDER of their loss or theft or of any possible access by an unauthorised third party, so that the PROVIDER can block them immediately.
In accordance with article 27 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the PROVIDER makes these general terms and conditions of sale available to the USER permanently, easily, directly and free of charge, allowing them to be stored and reproduced before placing the order.
GENERAL CONTRACT CLAUSES
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER implies the USER's acceptance of these legal conditions. No condition set by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If the USER does not agree with the resolution given to a complaint, the following out-of-court channels are available:
- The Spanish Consumer Arbitration System, regulated by Royal Decree 231/2008, which is free of charge and voluntary.
- The European Consumer Centre in Spain, for cross-border disputes within the European Union, Iceland and Norway.
- The consumer affairs bodies of the relevant autonomous community.

FORCE MAJEURE
The parties shall not be liable for any failure due to force majeure. Fulfilment of the obligation shall be postponed until the force majeure event has ended.
ASSIGNMENT
The USER may not assign, transfer or convey the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any provision of these conditions is found to be null or impossible to fulfil, the validity, legality and fulfilment of the rest shall not be affected in any way, nor modified in any way.
The USER declares that they have read, understand and accept these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
GENERAL TERMS OF THE OFFER
All sales and deliveries made by the PROVIDER shall be subject to these General Terms and Conditions.
No modification, alteration or agreement contrary to the Commercial Proposal of ROPACO DISTRIBUTORS or the terms set out here shall have effect, unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by the PROVIDER, in which case these specific agreements shall prevail.
Given the continuous technical advances and product improvements, the PROVIDER reserves the right to modify product specifications with respect to the information provided in its advertising, provided this does not affect the value of the products offered. These modifications shall also be valid if, for any reason, the ability to supply the products offered is affected.
PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
The prices shown for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other applicable taxes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services related to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and are expressed in EUROS. The USER accepts that the price of some products may vary in real time.
Before making a purchase, you can check all the details of your quote online: items, quantities, price, availability, shipping costs, charges, discounts, taxes and the purchase total. Prices may change daily until the order is placed.
Once the order has been placed, prices will be maintained whether or not the products are available.
Every payment made to the PROVIDER results in an invoice issued in the name of the registered USER or the company name provided when placing the order. This invoice will be sent together with the purchased product to the email address provided by the USER.

PAYMENT METHODS, CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
The PROVIDER offers the following methods of paying for an order:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Bizum
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The PROVIDER offers the option of purchasing certain products by subscription, with recurring deliveries and charges according to the frequency chosen by the USER at the time of purchase.
Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each period until the USER cancels it.
Management and cancellation. The USER can pause the subscription, change its frequency, change the date of the next delivery or cancel it at any time and without penalty, from their customer account or by writing to hello@jellypills.com. Cancellation will apply to orders that have not yet been processed.
Price. The price applicable to each renewal is the one in force at the time of payment. Any price change will be communicated to the USER in writing at least 30 days before the payment date, and the USER may cancel the subscription before that date at no cost.
Discounts. Discounts associated with the subscription apply under the conditions published on the website at the time of purchase.
PURCHASE PROCESS
Basket (quote simulation)
Any product in our catalogue can be added to the basket. The basket only shows the items, quantity, price and total amount. Once the basket is saved, taxes, charges and discounts will be calculated based on the payment and shipping details entered.
Baskets are not administratively binding; they are simply a space where a quote can be simulated with no commitment from either party. An order can be placed from the basket by following these steps:
- Check the billing details.
- Check the shipping address.
- Select the payment method.
- Place the order (buy).
Once the order has been processed, the system instantly sends an email to the PROVIDER's management department.
Orders (purchase requests)
Within a maximum of 24 hours on working days, an email will be sent confirming the order status and shipping date.
APPLICABLE GUARANTEES
All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in their description.
The PROVIDER is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery of the product, in accordance with article 120 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. During the first two years, it is presumed that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
To claim under the guarantee, the USER can write to hello@jellypills.com stating the order number and describing the problem.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The USER has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty. This period voluntarily improves on the legal minimum of 14 calendar days provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
How to exercise it. By clearly communicating the decision to hello@jellypills.com, or using the withdrawal form available on the website. It is sufficient to send the communication before the period expires.
Returning the product. The USER must return the product without undue delay. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the USER and amount to €4.99, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error in the order, in which case they are borne by the PROVIDER.
Condition of the product. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unopened. In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. Packs must be returned in full.
Refund. The PROVIDER will refund the payments received, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 calendar days from being informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to the USER. The PROVIDER may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until the USER provides evidence of having returned it.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established.
Where the USER is a consumer, any disputes that may arise shall be submitted to the courts of the USER's place of residence, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
