The main difference is how you take them: gummies are easier to take, they taste delicious and, thanks to their composition and format, their nutrients are absorbed far better. Yes, well-formulated gummies like the ones from Jelly Pills are just as effective as traditional supplements, and there are two advantages that make them even better. The first is that, being sweet and delicious, they are also easier to remember. The second is that they are chewable and therefore absorbed better and faster.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or following any medical treatment, it is best to check with your doctor before taking them. Your health always comes first!

Do not worry, nothing happens if you forget for a day. What matters with supplements is consistency over the long term, not a single dose. If you forget, simply pick it back up the next day. Your body will notice over time.

Yes, you can combine products whenever you like, as long as you try not to exceed the daily dose. Our products are formulated so they can be combined and create synergies with each other. If you have any doubts, our supplement quiz will help you find the perfect combination.

Taken at the recommended daily dose, our gummies should not cause you any problems. That said, most of our gummies are made with plant fibre, and if you are not used to taking fibre you may notice some gas or bloating during the first few days. It is temporary and goes away on its own once your body adjusts. If you are sensitive, start with a smaller amount and take them with a meal.

Most of our gummies are made with FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), a plant-based fibre that we use as a base instead of turning to animal gelatine or artificial sweeteners.

As with any fibre, it ferments naturally once it reaches the intestine. In people who are not used to taking fibre, or who have a more sensitive digestion, that can mean gas, bloating or mild discomfort during the first few days.

In most cases it disappears as the body adapts. If you want to take it slowly: start with a smaller amount for a few days and take them with a meal.

We choose FOS because it lets us give the gummy its texture with a plant-based ingredient and no added sugar.

Our sports range is the exception: it is made with pectin and contains no FOS.

Our gummies are suitable for vegans, as we use pectin instead of animal gelatine and most of the ingredients are plant-based. Even so, check the label to be sure. Your lifestyle matters and we work to fit around it!

During pregnancy and breastfeeding your nutritional needs change, but there should not be any contraindication. In any case, it is essential to check with your doctor before taking any supplement, including our gummies.
